  • For our events, we require a 2-hour minimum, with a base rate of $400 per hour for up to 80 guests. For smaller gatherings or larger events, please reach out to us directly. We’d be happy to work with you to find an option that best fits your event size and allows us to caffeinate your guests with a memorable coffee cart experience.

  • Yes, we do require access to power. We only need access to a 120V outlet, which is a standard appliance outlet, to power our machine. Ideally, we would be set up as close to the outlet as possible. However, we can accommodate if there are limited options, as long as this is communicated prior to the event.

  • Yes, we do offer decaf, which is already included in our rate. Guests are welcome to request decaf options during the event, allowing everyone to enjoy the coffee cart experience.

  • We are able to include a sugar-free vanilla or sugar-free simple syrup, if requested.

  • We ask to arrive 1 hour prior to the requested start time. This allows us enough time to unload our equipment, assemble our coffee cart, and allow our machine to warm up so we are ready to serve by the start of your event.

  • We offer a menu of at least 5 drink options for you and your guests. This helps keep the menu simple, smooth, and thoughtfully paired with your event. At the time of your inquiry, we can share our current offerings so you can choose which drinks you would like to feature for your event.

  • Yes, we are able to offer customized cup logos! Let us know if this is something you are interested in, and we can provide pricing to upgrade your cups. Pricing may vary depending on the estimated number of guests for your event.
